I was recently asked to shoot award-winning food writer Diana Henry’s Christmas recipes as part of the Telegraph Magazine’s Most Delicious Christmas. The show-stopping menu included a smoked scallop salad, roast goose with sweet & sour fruit and a caramelised orange and marmalade trifle.
We wanted Christmas with a contemporary twist (not a smidge of tinsel in sight!), which was beautifully propped by Vic Twyman and food immaculately styled by Kitty Coles.
