Hi, I’m Alexis a commercial and editorial food photographer working between Edinburgh and London.
I have shot for a variety of brands across the country from start ups to household names and approach each job with enthusiasm and fine attention to detail. Open creative collaboration plays a large part of my process, whether it’s working with a client, an agency or a larger creative team.
More than a decade of experience in the creative industry informs my knowledge of brand, creative direction and visual communication. All of which contribute to my unique approach to food photography.

For so long I was in denial, but I have to say it’s baby pink. My favourite doll growing up was called Pinky.
A vice I can’t shake off
Hoarding free supermarket magazines.
Guilty pleasure
Tearing a freshly made scone into tiny pieces, each with lashings of clotted cream and jam. You get more cream that way!
Unusual thing about me
I never had a milkshake til I was 27. It was soon followed by an excruciating stomach ache, but could be convinced to give them another go.
